What can K2go do for me?

K2go can reduce your stress and increase the enjoyment you get out of your caravan, camper trailer, boat, motorhome, or anything else you tow.

What is K2go?

K2go is a great place to store your checklists. It is a members-only, personalised portal for accessng checklists on your phone.

From your laptop, PC, or tablet, you can create and continually improve your own checklists.

Can I try it out before I join?

Yes - K2go's home page includes a sample checklist designed to work smoothly on your phone.

Grab your phone, go to K2go's home page and give the sample checklist a go.

When you join, you get your own set of checklists. As a Bronze, Silver or Gold member you can make changes to these checklists and create new ones as well.

Is K2go for individuals or for business?

Both! You can join as an individual or as a business. As an individual you can share your checklists with your Partner. As a busines you can share your checklists with your team members who can then share them with your customers.

How much does it cost to join?

It is free to join as a Bronze member. As a Bronze member you can create and modify your own set of checklists.

Will I get ads and spam mail if I join?

No! Not from K2go anyway. K2go is not funded by ads. This is a members-only service. Your voluntary contributions keep this site going.

What is a K2go checklist?

A K2go checklist is your list of tasks to systematically work through, ticking-off each one as you go. Your partner can then cross-check your completed tasks.

Each K2go checklist can be grouped into categories so that you can focus on a sub-set of tasks. For example, if you were packing up before moving-on, the list of tasks could be categorised into inside, outside and hitching-up. When doing your inside tasks, you select the relevant category from the selection box labeled Category. This will limit the list to the tasks in the selected category.

If your device's screen is wide enough you can cross-check tasks as well. To give this a go, hold your phone sideways. Alternatively, you can display the checklist on your tablet, laptop or PC.

What is a Category?

Checklists contain an ordered list of tasks, where the full list can be grouped into an ordered set of categories. Selecting a different category will change the tasks displayed on your device.

When using a checklist you generally tick-off the listed tasks in one category before selecting the next category. For example, if your checklist had the categories "inside" and "outside" you would generally tick-off the "inside" tasks before starting the "outside" tasks.

What is a Task?

A Task is an item to be successfully completed prior to ticking it off on your tasklist.

When creating or updating a checklist you can risk-assess each task as either High, Medium, Low or Unknown. When using your checklist, tasks with a High risk assessment are coloured red. Tasks with a Medium risk assessment are coloured yellow.

You can filter your checklist items by Risk. For example, if you set the checklist's Filter to Medium, you will see all of the tasks assessed as Medium or High for the selected Category

How do I clear all items on my checklist?

To clear all checklist items ready for a fresh start of working through your checklist items:

  1. Click on your relevant homepage link to display the checklist
  2. Set Category to All
  3. Set Filter to All
  4. Press the Clear button (the rubbish bin icon)
  5. Set the Category filter to display the relevant category of tasks.

You are now ready to work through and tick-off all tasks for each Category

What devices work best for K2go?

K2go checklists are designed to work on your phone. You tick-off completed tasks category-by-category.

Use your tablet, laptop or PC if you want to make changes to your checklist or folder details.

K2go is designed for Phones to consume content and for PCs to create content. Tablets (such as iPads) are somewhere in the middle - they can be used to consume and create content.

Am I limited to one device?

No! You can login on as many devices as you need. You can use the same account to login on you phone, laptop, PC, or tablet at the same time.

You and your travelling partner can use different devices logged in with the same K2go account.

Alternatively, you can invite your travelling partner to join our K2go community. Using your invitation email, they can create their own K2go account. K2go travelling partners can share checklists, ticking-off and cross-checking different categories at the same time.

Travelling partners can also challenge each other to a Konx match. Give it a go - it is a fun way to familiarise yourself with K2go's look and feel.

Can I delete my K2go account and all of my data?

Yes. At anytime you can delete your K2go account and all or your data.

After you register an account you will have access to your Profile details. At the bottom this page there is a button to permanently delete your account, including all of your data.

Caution. If you select this option and action your request, you will permanently delete your account from this website. All of your website data, including your profile and your checklists will be lost and is not recoverable.
